Westmorland Real Estate

A quaint and small town located at the highway just past north of Brawley. This town has a small number of residents, nearly 2500.

This city was originally called Westmoreland, but changed to Westmorland in 1936.

The city has its own tiny police force in whole of the County, having one chief and five officers, with 5 patrol cars. Since the population is small and less crime rates, the city manages its affairs internally.

Children are part of Westmorland elementary school operated under district authorities from kindergarten to grade 8, and then for higher levels they share education with Brawley Union High.

Site seeing and places to enjoy are shared with neighboring cities of Brawley and El Centro, and same goes for the festivities and annual events or any other celebrations.

This place is a small and confined, and is a best place to live in for those love rural life with some urban facilities and quiet surroundings.
