Welcome to our site! So happy you are here. We are Mark and Priscilla Coon and Priscilla with Team Coon Realty of DMA Real Estate. We are partners in life, work, and play! We have collaborated to form Team Coon PM Realty. Our team is ready to go the extra mile to help you find the perfect home for you and your family. Whether you are buying or selling, our dynamic team is skilled, talented, knowledgeable and ready to be in your corner!
Our motto is simple: Why Do It Yourself, when we can Do It Together? Many may recognize us from our DIY design and decor work through Studio PM, and now you have the opportunity to know us as Team Coon - PM Realty. Teaming up for real estate and doing it together was a no-brainer for us. We love working and creating and we do that best when we are together. When we work with clients like you, you receive double the resources, double the attention to detail, and double the level of service. We offer clients a hands-on approach in every real estate transaction, ensuring every client receives step by step guidance throughout the entire buying or selling process. For those of you that are not familiar with us, here’s a little bit about us individually:
Mark Coon:
His background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has spent the past 15 years overseeing the day to day operations in local and federal government services. He is also a business owner of his own company that provides services throughout the Imperial Valley. Mark believes every person deserves the opportunity to own real estate. It is this fundamental truth that drove him to expand his services and knowledge into real estate. You will always find Mark working, but on the off chance he is not, you can bet he is sitting somewhere in the Chavez Rivine. Go Blue!
Priscilla Coon:
Her background includes over ten years in local government municipality and working with a legal aid non-profit organization. She has a serial passion for DIYing, home-improvement, interior design and décor. She has dedicated her spare time to helping homeowners with these types of services and in August 2017 launched Studio PM. Her love of working with people and helping others drove her to begin her real estate career with DMA Real Estate. You can always find her in her shop, full of saw dust, building something…unless the Dodgers are playing the world series.
“Our Family is the most important for us, above everything else. We are blended, we share four children between us. The city of Imperial is special to us. The kids have all grown up here from It’s a Small World Preschool to Ben Hulse and Frank Wright to Imperial High. Imperial is also where we first had the opportunity to work together. We are excited to get an opportunity to help other families like us plant some roots and invest in their future. Plus we get to bring our home design and decor studio along. We couldn’t be more excited.”
